Hi i have opened a bank account online.i have send all my documents online step by step.but at the end bank called me to ask residents documents but i sent again via email still this time i don’t receive any confermation.

hI @Bajwa , Are you resident in Italy? (The account in only for resident in Italy). Ing would recive your resident certificate
