Shipping of Debit Card

LasI week, I received an email saying the cards I had requested while opening the current account are shipped but I still haven't received any shipping details.

Does ING share shipping or tracking details???

@Sachin inside the mail received there wasn't a link about the tracking ?

@REXLEX  No, It was just a message that Cards are shipped. I couldn't find shipment information on web platform or in the App.

@Sachin because...there aren't  there. Only possibility was a link in the mail.

I called the customer care and got the details and received the card within two days.
