Has anyone the same problem as me when compiling F24 the box (scatola) with "paese di nascita" which is auto compiled by Ing is surrounded by a red line and below is written "! Il commune di nascita risulta errato controllo i dati di nascita" but the details are correct. Obviously I cannot complete the F24 as there is this error. I have spoken via chat and via telephone to operators of Ing whom have failed to resolve the problem I have also sent screenshot of the problem to Ing cliente, they also failed to resolve the problem. Dear @Nelson, if you was born abroad you must delete the data of municipality of birth and you must indicate the country (for example: Germany, France ...)

Ma quello k e scritto esempio in mio caso " Gran Bretagna e Irlanda del nord" e giusto.. allora cambio con cosa ?

@Nelson  type "Gran Bretagna" but however it seems to me that the tax code also gives an error

- in F24 il sistema segnala come codice fiscale errato il corretto cf inglese

Provero (I will try) solo Gran Bretagna cosa vuoldire tax code ? codice fiscale ? quello k salta fuori come CF gia compilato e giusto. Devo dire k anche la mia moglie a la stessa problema.

e lo visto anche io k quando ci prova da cambiare il paese di nascita e mettere per esempio Regno Unito oppure Gran Bretagna salta fuori come errore il CF.

Niente resoluzione, ing risponde via community senza resoluzione poi mi chiamo via telefono tante chiacchere ma mai una resoluzione.  Lo do un mese per la resoluzione se no dopo più di vent anni cambio banca.

Questo caso non è risolto, infatti e ancora peggio perché è stata segnalata la prima volta il 7 dicembre 2023 .. e non che nessuno k riesce a dirmi una soluzione via telefono, via chat, via community e via servizio cliente contact centre.
